Court for Chris Brown

I am so tired of hearing about Chris Brown and Rhianna.
But its everywhere and I just can't escape it! Mediatakeout.com has all of the info. Its crazy! They have some major snitch connections.
They have some pictures of Chris Brown in court...nice.
He does look a lil' nervous though...

CB's Apology
I just heard on thr radio that Chris Brown is really trying to apologize to Ri Ri. Her birthday was the other day on the 20th and she had this private low-key bash.
CB bought her a diamond necklace and bracelet.
I guess that's a good apology.
They even said he called her and they had a very emotional conversation.
I rally don't know how I feel about him going to jail. That's crazy.
But if it was just some ordinary Ray-Ray would that make the situation any easier?

Free Chris Brown!
Ok. So just like a lot of other people who use the computer, turn on the radio, or talk to other human beings, I am so sick of hearing about Chris Brown and Rhianna.
I mean, its old news by now, especially since neither one of them is talking and the media is just putting things out to get a story.
Well, CB himself did come out with a statement, according to mediatakeout.com:

Well, CB himself did come out with a statement, according to mediatakeout.com:
February 15, 2009. Chris Brown has now put out his first "official" statement. Here it is:
Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God’s help, to emerging a better person. Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong. While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. Those posts or writings under my name are frauds

And for the radio stations that are not playing his music....come on. Are you serious?! MTO also mentioned that on the island of Barbados, not one single radio station is playing Chris Brown.
February 15, 2009. Chris Brown has become a pariah in Rihanna's home country of Barbados. So much so that MediaTakeOut.com has learned that EVERY RADIO STATION on the island is boycotting Chris Brown's music.MediaTakeOut.com spoke with an insider at one of Barbados' most popular radio stations who explained, "No one is playing Chris Brown records in Barbados .... the ban will go on indefinitely."
First Phelps, now Brown. They need to leave CB alone for real. He messed up and the situation is getting worse with the media being all up in their grill.
I hope he gets the justice he deserves, but in the mean time, leave him alone.

Chris Brown may be set free!
Mediatakeout.com reported today that due to the laws in California, Chris Brown probably won't get the jail time that so many people are saying will happen to him.
February 12, 2009. While every other news source in the world is speculating that Chris Brown is facing several years in prison for his assault against Rihanna – MEDIATAKEOUT.COM DISAGREES!!! In fact MediaTakeOut.com suspects that Chris Brown will likely serve less than a year in prison for the assault against Rihanna – and he may get off completely!!Many people in the media are speculating that Chris Brown will be brought up on felony domestic battery charge – but HE WON’T!! MediaTakeOut.com discovered that, under California law, Chris Brown CAN NOT be charged with domestic battery. That’s because the domestic battery law only applies to “a spouse, former spouse, cohabitant, former co-habitant, or the mother or father of his or her child.” Since Chris and Rihanna don’t live together (Chris has continuously maintained his own apartment), aren’t married, and don’t have a child together – the law doesn’t apply. So that means that the district attorney’s best chance to prosecute Chris is under the “Crinimal Threat” charge. But according to TMZ, that might not work either. Here’s what they’re reporting:
During [Rihanna and Cris’] argument, he started hitting her. According to the police report, she ordered him to drive her home and "faked a call" to someone, saying things like "He's dropping me off. Make sure the cops are there." Rihanna told cops the fake call enraged Brown. He said something to the effect of "You are really fu**ed up now. I'm going to kill you." This statement is the basis of the criminal threats charge. … As one law enforcement source told us, "It's kinda weak, and the D.A. is not going to prosecute a high profile case like this unless it's solid."That means that Chris Brown will likely only be charged with simple assault (a misdemeanor that carries a 6 month jail time). And given the fact Chris is a first time offender, and that people close to Chris tell MediaTakeOut.com that Rihanna was actively involved in the scuffle – it may be difficult for the prosecution to make any assault charge stick.
